Story Background

A story about a clown who aspires to be the most famous, only to end up taking his own life on stage. As a newcomer to the Time Archives Bureau, you are tasked with exploring the clown's memory space to collect fragments of his past and unravel the mystery behind his suicide...

Construction process

Full Process

At the age of 19, Henry stepped onto the circus stage with dreams in his heart. During the golden age of the circus, he experienced his own decade of brilliance, shining on stage and basking in the audience's applause. Guided by a voice, players approach the motion capture device and join the clown in a circus performance, reliving the peak of the clown's career with the grand stage and thunderous ovations.

During the war era, the circus fell into disrepair, and the clown was forced to perform degrading acts. The masks in his cabinet grew increasingly despondent in expression. Players must use a spotlight to uncover traces left in the cabinet, then collect three complete masks in the space and place them in the correct order. Once this period's "fragment" is unlocked, players will enter the memory timeline of the clown from this era.

Under the pressure of reality, Henry endured several years of degrading performances. Yet, after the war ended, he shockingly took his own life during his final act. Players must interact with NPC actors to obtain props and then uncover the clown’s suicide note using clues in the room, retrieving the last fragment.
